This begins with the selection of suitable trainees, continues through in-house training and support, and culminates in graduation. As a result, our trainees consistently achieve excellent results.

For this reason, we have now received recognition from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for helping our skilled young professionals achieve outstanding qualifications through appropriate support.
